Vào hôm qua, trong một sự kiện trực tuyến, nhà sản xuất đã công bố rằng thương hiệu Code Geass sẽ tiếp tục có thêm dự án anime mới. Anime mới có tựa đề Code Geass: Dakkan no Z (Code Geass: Z of the Recapture) sẽ có nội dung nối tiếp của Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch.
Yoshimitsu Ohashi (Amnesia, Galaxy Angel, Sacred Seven) sẽ chỉ đạo sản xuất anime mới tại, và Noboru Kimura (Princess Principal: Crown Handler, Problem children are coming from another world, aren’t they?) phụ trách viết kịch bản. Takahiro Kimura phụ trách thiết kế nhân vật dựa trên thiết kế gốc của CLAMP.
